Ubuntu (tested with 16.04 LTS)
Required packages for compiling from source:
sudo apt-get install build-essential git
2.1.1 Install wxWidgets
get wxWidgets Development Release: 3.1.0 from: http://www.wxwidgets.org/downloads/ unpack and in the directory run:
./configure make sudo make install
this will take quite some time.
2.1.2 Install wiringPi
git clone git://git.drogon.net/wiringPi cd wiringPi/ ./build
2.1.3 Compile RemotePlus
Acquire source files:
git clone https://github.com/Plus24Systems/RemotePlus.git
Compile and Install:
make sudo make install
