Just for notice these Information's aren't 100% Complete. I haven't got a document, it's just what i have heard from a expert speech. #Francis

1.1 Who are the Experts?

The Experts are from University's, Company's and Individual Specialist. They don't work for the EU nor it's there day job to study Proposals.

1.2 How the Expert select the Proposal?

The EU has got ha huge Database whit some 1000's of experts. When there is a new Funding the will ask only the specified Experts to participate. The Expert can say yes or no here if they have got time.

When the deadline has arravied for the Call's and after they went through the EU Funding Division the Expert will see only a small summery of the Proposals where he is a expert.

For selecting a Proposal he has some Options:

1. He is a First Grade Expert for this area which this Proposal is about.

2. He would like to be a Expert for this Proposal (Second Grade).

3. ??? DONT KNOW WHAT IT WAS

4. No Thanks

that will take approx. 1-2 Weeks.

1.3 How the Expert is evaluating the Proposal

When he selected the Proposals where he wan't to be a Expert it will be analysed in the EU.
